3. At the end of plan, the particular customer able to purchase 916 Hall Mark gold jewellery equivalent to the weight of accumulated gold without paying making charges & wastage for all gold ornaments. Stone charges are applicable, which means you have to pay the amount for stones.

4. Suppose if you are break the plan without completing 12 months, then you are not eligible in the offer of withou making and wastage scheme.

5. End of the scheme, you can buy gold for your saving amount. Instead of Gold you can't get cash for this plan.

SRI MURUGAN THANGAMALIGAI believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

1. Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.

2. SRI MURUGAN THANGAMALIGAI refund/replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of product delivered is not good.

In case of receipt of damaged or defective items please report the same to our Customer Service team. The request will, however, be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at his own end. This should be reported within 7 days of receipt of the products.
